William T. Berry, born on March 6, 1942, in Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024, at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Langhorne, PA. He was a dedicated family man, military veteran, and passionate outdoorsman who left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

A proud Army veteran, William served his country with honor for 25 years, demonstrating unwavering commitment and dedication. His service reflects a lifetime of values that he instilled in those around him.

William was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Nancy, whose companionship was a cornerstone of his life. He also mourns the loss of his parents, Thomas and Anne Berry. Their memories remain cherished as a significant part of his life’s journey.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Nancy A. Berry, his cockatoo Frankie, his brother Paul M. Berry, his nephews Paul Berry Jr., Christopher Berry (Lydia), Michael Berry (Linda), as well as his niece Michele Berry (Jim). They will greatly miss his presence and the love he shared with them over the years.

In addition to his family, William was an active member and treasurer of the Holmesburg Fish and Game Club, where he indulged his passion for hunting. He found joy in these hobbies, along with a keen interest in the stock market, displaying a multifaceted personality that resonated with many. He also looked forward to going to lunch with the guys from the Naval Shipyard.

Visitation services for William will be held at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Friends and family are invited to join in remembering William on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and again on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, from 8:00 AM until 9:00 AM. The funeral service will follow at 9:00 AM. Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

William will be remembered for his deep love for family, dedication to service, and passion for the great outdoors. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and in the treasured moments they shared.
