Scott Mitchell Gewertz, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Jefferson Bucks Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on October 17, 1958, in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, to the late Marvin and Sheryl Gewertz.

Scott dedicated his professional career to Home Depot for the last 20 plus years as a Sr. Design Consultant.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Gewertz, who stood by his side through life’s many journeys. Together, they raised a loving family that includes their children, Seth (Heather) and Michael (Sarita). Scott took great pride in his role as a father and cherished his moments spent with his children. He was also a doting grandfather to Owen, Aiden, Harper, and Jameson, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

Scott shared a strong bond with his sister, Randi Gewertz Siegmund (Keith), supporting each other throughout their lives. His family stood as a testament to his kindness and dedication to those he loved.

Scott will be remembered for his warm, compassionate nature and the ability to strike up a conversation with anybody, and the love he so generously gave to all who knew him. His legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have been part of his life.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a memorial service on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA. Words of Remembrance will conclude the services. At the request of the family please do not send any flowers.
