Paulus (Paul) W.M. Louman of Levittown, PA, after a lengthy illness, passed away peacefully December 11, 2019 at his home with his loving family by his side. He was 87. Born and raised in Haarlem, The Netherlands, Paul grew up in a large family surrounded by music as his father was a well-known Opera singer. He moved to the United States in 1959 with his wife and 3 children. Paul was a hardworking man and often worked multiple jobs in his adopted country in order to achieve the American Dream. After working in many fields he landed as a top salesman for Sears Roebuck for over 20 years. He enjoyed boating, traveling to different beaches, ice skating, scuba diving, and politics. He was an avid soccer fan, especially of the Philadelphia Union. Paul earned the nickname "inspector gadget” because he was always tinkering with things. Of all things in life that he loved, his family was what he loved most of all. He is preceded in death by his wives Yvonne Denker (1957) and Louisa deLeeuw (2013), as well as his siblings Hans Louman, Ferd Louman, Ruud Louman, Sepha Swinkel, and Bea Van Melsen. Paul will be greatly missed by his children; Christina Coker (Ed), Lucienne Drennen (Mark), Maja Hampson (Jim), Miranda Louman, Linda Caruso and his grandchildren; Jennifer(Chris), Anneke(Aaron), Asher(Lindsey), Sarah Mia, Brianna(Eric), Nicholas(Chelsea), Ashley, Brandon and Nina. He will also be greatly missed by his great grandchildren; Jonathan, Juliana, Isaac, Josiah, Everleigh Miranda and his siblings Yvonne Ettema, Leonie Schilder, Truus Leine and many nieces and nephews.
