Pat "Pasquale" Arone

Pat "Pasquale” Arone of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 31st. He was 88 years old. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, he was a brave Korean War Army Veteran, serving in the 82nd Airborne. He was a proud retired 64 year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 456. Pat enjoyed hunting and fishing, always had a way with words, and will be remembered for his many stories of his eventful life, but above all, Pat loved spending time with his family. Pat was preceded in death by his wife Ann (nee LaMotta), his parents, Emma (nee Ippilito) and Albert, his brothers Nick and Bobby, and sister Pauline (nee Militcher). Pat will be greatly missed by his sister Geraldine Desautels and her husband, David, his children Peggyann Zungolo and John Arone and his wife, Roseana. Pat was the loving grandfather of Stanley Zungolo, Dana Ann (nee Zungolo) and her husband Stephen Arbakov. Also, Rose McGeever (Gerard), John Anthony Arone (Joala), and Matthew Sieck. Pat’s passing also leaves a void in the lives of his great-grandchildren, Ava Ann and Stephen Pasquale Arbakov and Brianna Nycole Zungolo, who always brought a smile to Pat’s face. Pat will also be missed by great- grandchildren Ava & Patrick McGeever, John III, and Reagan, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends and neighbors. Pat’s celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 10am-12pm at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol- Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Interment will be private.
