Louis F. Monte

Louis Francis Monte of Fairless Hills, PA entered into eternal life on October 31st, 2026 at the age of 97. He was born on November 13th, 1928 in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of nine children born to the late Albert and Sarah (nee Dutill) Monte. He was the beloved husband to his loving late wife Mary (nee Coyle) Monte and lovingly remembered his grandchildren, Alyssa and Dominic, who passed before him. Louis is survived by his children, Anne Mickles (Robert), Mary (Hector), Patricia Faunce (Richard) and grandchildren Selena, John, Robert, Tara and eleven great grandchildren.

At the young age of 17 Louis enlisted in the Marines and began active duty in January 1946 through 1950. After his service in the Marines Louis decided to continue his military career and enlisted in the Air Force until 1955.

Shortly after completing his military service, Dad married and began a family, welcoming three daughters. He went on to build a successful career as a sheet metal worker, dedicating many years to his trade as a proud member of Local 420.

He loved spending time with family and in his retired years he and his wife Mary loved their visits to the Casino's.

Louis loved life and lived every day to its fullest. He will always be remembered for his witty sense of humor and ability to make people laugh.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday November 10, 2026 from 10-11:30am at Galzerano Funeral 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Rd Levittown Pa 19057. Funeral services will begin at 11:30. Entombment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park.

May he rest peacefully, reunited with his beloved wife and surrounded by the love of his family in eternal peace.
