Loretta Trasatti

Loretta A. Trasatti (nee Capella), 86, of Levittown, PA, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, rejoining her beloved husband of 54 years, Robert J. Trasatti Sr.

Loretta was born at home in Bristol, PA during a blizzard on December 12, 1938, to the late Anthony and Lillian Capella; she was raised there alongside her older sisters, Veronica (Roni) Basile and Lois Bartle. She met the love of her life, Bob, at Bristol High School and they spent their lives putting down roots in the area. Loretta enjoyed traveling with friends, cooking Italian meals, and relaxing at the beach, but loved nothing more than spending time with her ever-growing family. Monday night dinners and trips to Brigantine were treasured family pastimes.

Her life was deeply enriched by her two loving children, Robert J. Trasatti Jr and Sandra Held, and by her daughter-in-law Kathleen Trasatti (nee Nelson). She was a devoted and very proud Mom-Mom to her five adoring grandchildren, Kimberly Topper (Jim), Christina Mastrocola (Joe), Robert J. Trasatti III (Stephanie), Jordan Held, and Juliana Held. For the past decade, she cherished her role as "Nonna" to her expanding crew of great-grandchildren: Erin, Riley, Elyse, Mia, Joey, and Robert IV. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends and will be deeply missed by all.

A memorial service in honor of Loretta will take place on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Rd, Levittown, PA 19057. A funeral service will be held at the same location starting at 7:30 pm.
