Larry J Zehnder

Larry Jay Zehnder, 71, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 27, 2026. Born on September 26, 1954, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Larry lived a life rooted in love, family, and quiet kindness.

Larry will be remembered for his genuine heart and the unconditional love he gave so freely to his family and friends. He had a steady presence and a caring spirit that made those around him feel valued and supported. His memory will live on in the countless lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Inez (Reahm) Zehnder; his brothers, Norman K. Zehnder, John Zehnder, and Karl “Jay” Zehnder; and his beloved grandson, Angelo Jude Gallegos.

Larry is survived by his loving partner, Karen M. Weischedel of Bensalem, PA; his son, Weston (Leah) Zehnder of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his daughters, Melanie (Chris) Moorman and Kristin (Jak) Zehnder, both of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and his son, Richard (Linda) Weischedel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Aaron Gallegos, Kayla Moorman, Olivia Zehnder, Ayden Moorman, Madison Zehnder, Mabel Zehnder, Weston Zehnder, Sara Zebrowski, and Richard Weischedel, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Larry’s family will forever hold close the love and memories he shared with them. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Services to honor Larry’s life will be private and are being managed with care by Galzerano Funeral Home.
