It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Julie G. Rider, who passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026, at the age of 62.
Born on October 27, 1963, in Greenfield, Ohio, Julie was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She lived a life centered on family, friendship, and quiet compassion, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Julie dedicated her career to the clerical field, where she was respected for her strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. A proud high school graduate, she approached every responsibility with diligence and grace, earning the admiration of both coworkers and employers throughout the years.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Patsy Bishop and her brothers Steven and Anthony Bishop.
Above all, Julie cherished her family. She is survived by her beloved husband, William Rider; her beloved cat Travis, her siblings, Diane Little, Linda Johnson, Omer Johnson, Eliane Johnson (Brad), Anita Gragg (Tom), and; her sisters-in-law, Patti Jo Bailey (William), Cynthia Wilcox and Melanie Chesko (Robert); her brother-in-law, Jack Rider; and her cherished mother-in-law, Patricia Rider. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with her.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057, where a funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM. Interment will be held privately with the care of Galzerano Funeral Home.
Julie will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the love she so freely shared with others. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
