Joyce P Passanante

Joyce P. Passanante, age 79, of Newtown, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2026, at Buckingham Valley Nursing and Rehab surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bristol on January 7, 1947, Joyce spent much of her life in Newtown. Joyce was a talented makeup artist who took pride in helping others look and feel their best. Her kindness and welcoming spirit made time spent in her chair a pleasure. She will be remembered for the warmth she brought to her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eva Passanante, as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Aster; her brother, Augustine Passanante (Anne); her sister, Maria Passanante and many cousins 

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at St. Andrew Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, on Friday, October 2, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held privately. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Galzerano Funeral Home 

Joyce's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her and, in the kindness, she shared throughout her life.
