Joseph F Mundy, Sr.

Joseph F. Mundy, Sr., a devoted family man and dedicated machine operator, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024, at the age of 81 in Croydon, PA. Born on February 8, 1943, Joseph led a life full of love, hard work, and loyalty to his family. He was fond of spending his time playing cards and indulging in his favorite television programs.

In his professional life, Joseph worked tirelessly as a machine operator at Northeast Precision before eventually retiring. Outside of work, Joseph's true joy in life came from his family. He is survived by his beloved wife Joan A. Mundy, sons Michael Mundy and Joseph Mundy, Jr. (Lisa), as well as his cherished grandson Justin Mundy. Joseph was a pillar of strength and love for his family, always putting their needs above his own. 

Joseph will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He is reunited in heaven with his parents Horace Sr and Margaret Mundy, and his brother Horace Mundy Jr. He is also survived by his siblings Robert Mundy and Margaret Pleier, who will continue to hold him dear in their hearts.

Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, July 19, 2024, from 10 - 12 p.m. at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. Interment will be held at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery later under the direction of Galzerano Funeral Home.
