Jonathan Leo Barber

Jonathan Leo Barber, born on January 17, 1976, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. He departed this life surrounded by his good friend, Gary Allen, leaving behind 20+ years of cherished memories of his life in Orlando.

Jonathan's early years were spent enjoying the beach in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, where he loved fishing off John's Pier. He had a lifelong love of Jurassic Park and dinosaurs, and he loved sitting in the park, feeding his beloved squirrels. He wanted to be remembered for his big heart.

Jonathan is survived by his brothers Jeffrey R. (Linda) and James J., his sisters MaryAnn DuBois (Tim), April H. Barber and Donna Farnsworth along with many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Mary (nee Dennihy) Barber, who were a significant influence in his life.

His memory will be honored through a viewing at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol - Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, Pennsylvania on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Following the viewing, Jonathan will be interred at a graveside service at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
