Jaroslaw A. Juszczyszyn, lovingly known as "Jerry," passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, surrounded by his devoted family. He was 69 years old.

Born February 19, 1957, in Philadelphia, PA, Jerry lived a life defined by hard work, deep love for his family, and unwavering dedication to those around him. He built a successful and respected career as a manager in the IT industry. A true workaholic, Jerry took immense pride in providing for his family and was admired for his knowledge, steady leadership, and strong work ethic. Though he gave so much of himself to his work, he never lost sight of what mattered most to his family.

Jerry cherished traveling to Canada to visit loved ones, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. He had a lifelong love of trains and could speak about them with genuine enthusiasm and detail. He was also a devoted baseball fan, especially of the Philadelphia Phillies. Watching a game and cheering on the Phillies brought him simple, genuine joy. He also loved the music of Frank Sinatra, his songs often playing in the background, adding warmth and nostalgia to family gatherings and quiet evenings at home.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Jaroslaw Juszczyszyn and Stefania Juszczyszyn.

Jerry was the devoted husband of Marie Juszczyszyn and a proud and loving father to Emily Flanagan (Ryan) and Christopher Juszczyszyn (Kristyn). Nothing brought him greater happiness than being "Dad" and "Pop." He was an adoring grandfather to Hailey, Brayden, Scarlett, and Bridget, the true lights of his life and the source of his biggest smiles.

He is also survived by his dear sister, Mary Greene (Pete), his brother, Stephen Juszczyszyn (Colleen), and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057.
