Jacqualine (Kain) Henshaw, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Lower Bucks Hospital. She was surrounded by her loved ones during her final moments, a testament to the strong bonds she nurtured throughout her life. She was born on April 21, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Leonard and Catherine (nee Gavaghan) Kain, who instilled in her the values that guided her journey.
At the age of five she and her family moved to Trevose, PA and she watched the town go from dirt roads and outdoor plumbing to what it is today. At the end of her time on this earth she resided with her son and his family in Levittown, PA.
Jacqualine is survived by her children Cheryl Henshaw-Sarvat (Chris), Leonard Henshaw (Stacy); grandchildren Amanda, Brooke, Tyler and Cody and one great-grandchild, Harper Rose, who will carry forward her legacy of kindness and strength.
She was preceded in death by her devoted and loving husband of forty-one years, Warren Henshaw, whose partnership, and companionship was a cornerstone in her life.
Jacqualine's life was marked by a quiet dignity and a warm presence that touched all who knew her. Her memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to those who loved her.
Jacqualine will be laid to rest privately at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Langhorne, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jacqualine’s name can be made to the Women’s Animal Center, Development Office, P.O. Box 1470, Bensalem, PA 19020.
