Helen Rita Conlan

Helen "Rita" Conlan, born December 17, 1953, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, peacefully passed on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. Her kind and compassionate spirit will be cherished by all who knew her.

Rita, a devoted wife and mother, leaves behind her beloved husband John "Jack " Conlan and her daughter, Rachael Conlan along with Rachael's fiancé, Adrian and her treasured grandson Brodie Conlan. The warmth and love of her family were most important to her. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.

She was preceded in death by her parents. John and Helen Cooper. Born in Philadelphia but raised in Willingboro, New Jersey, Rita was one of eight children. She was known as "Sissy" to her siblings, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Galzerano Oxford Valley, 3500 Bristol - Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate the life of an extraordinary woman who touched the hearts of many. Interment is private and managed with care under the direction of Galzerano Funeral Home.

Rita's legacy of love, kindness and resilience will live on through those she cherished most and will serve as a guiding light for them in years to come
