Frances E Bjorseth

Frances Esther Bjorseth, née Shoop, born in Philadelphia October 25, 1920 the daughter of Florence and William Shoop passed away at the age of 100 years on January 17, 2021.   She is proceeded in death by her husband Bruce (Burset) Bjorseth.   She is survived by her two sons Bruce Burset and Ronald (Carol) Bjorseth; and five grandchildren Caryl (Michael Jordan) Bjorseth, Joslyn (Hector Olaya) Bjorseth, Eric Bjorseth, Bonnie (Angel) Cochachez-Bjorseth; and her seven great-grandchildren, Charlene Berry, Christian and Eric Olaya, Andrew and Allison Jordan, Marcel and Gabriel Cochachez-Bjorseth; and great-great grandchild Evelyn Rose Berry.  

Frances graduated Kensington High School and married Bruce Bjorseth.  She worked as a secretary for many years and later managed a dress shop in Philadelphia.   Frances truly enjoyed caring for and playing with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and brought significant joy into their lives from just being grandmom or nana.  

Services were held privately at Rosedale Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
