Edward N Rinkevich

Edward N. Rinkevich of Levittown passed away unexpectedly on February 11, 2022. He was 82 years old. Born and raised “upstate” in the Wilkes-Barre area, Edward worked for over forty years as a U.S. Steel pipefitter and, after his retirement, as a Pennsbury School District bus driver. He was a quiet, modest person who cherished times spent with family, friends, and loved ones. Edward also enjoyed fishing at the Jersey shore, “bargain hunting,” and cheering on (or cursing at) the Philadelphia Eagles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Catherine; his siblings, Frank, Marguerite, and Lorraine; and his wife, Andrea. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; his children, Catherine, Karen (Donald), Edward (Amy), Nicholas, and Matthew; and his grandchildren, Donald, Andrea, Zachary, Nathan, and Jacob.

Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday evening, February 17, 2022, from 6 – 8 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057.  Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, Edward’s family encourages donations in his honor to the Eagles Autism Foundation.
