Donald Davis Haines Jr.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Donald Davis Haines Jr. on May 14, 2020.  A loving and devoted husband of 45 years to Lisa, nee Maiorino and father of Donald Davis Haines III.  He was the best son-in-law to the Honorable Joseph J. Maiorino "deceased" and Anne Martini Maiorino of Mercerville, New Jersey.  He was the eldest son of Donald "deceased" and Ruth Armstrong Haines of Edgewater, Florida.  He is also survived by brothers and sister-in-laws David and Dana and Dale and Kimberly along with their children, David, Joshua, Kaitlyn Jaclyn and Alexander.  A graduate of Washington Twp. High School where he lettered for 3 years in football and wrestling.  He was inducted into their Sports Hall of Fame in 1997.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business in 1976 with a degree in finance where he went on to cofound his company along with his partner of 30 years Ian Park of Switzerland and Capetown S. Africa.  He will be greatly missed by dear friends, Thomas and Susan Giachetti along with their children Marisa and Justin.  His hobbies included watching NASCAR races and cheering on his beloved Eagles.  Due to the coronavirus there will be private graveside services.
