Levittown

Cosimo A. Manzo passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025, at the young age of 78. Born in Trenton NJ, September 20, 1946, the first-born son of Mary Rose (Monte) and Anthony Manzo, Cos had been a lifelong resident of Lower Bucks County.

Cos was a graduate of Delhaas High School Class of '64 and to this time, an active participant in their alumni organization. He was also a member of the first graduating class of Bucks County Community College where he served as class president. He then continued his education at Penn State University and remained a PSU fan through the years. Though it was not the plan, he became an English teacher at what was then Bishop Egan High School, with a particular interest in the "tech kids' many whom became longtime friends and often our craftsmen. Next, he moved onto Real Estate and taught real estate courses at BCCC while managing his own C Apple Realty company. But then the business world called, and he went to work for GMAC Mortgage where he was instrumental in early computerized programs for mortgage funding. Eventually, he landed at American Heritage Credit Union where he served as Vice President of Mortgage Services and then CEO of First Heritage Financial LLC.

After his retirement and especially as health issues impacted his life, he could most often be found in his recliner enjoying old movies, cooking shows, and his favorite Christmas movies. Sadly, this summer he didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the Hallmark "Christmas in July" programming. Cos loved everything Christmas. A huge Santa fan, and quite proud of his extensive collection.

Cos is survived by Cheryl, his wife of 54 years, his daughter Adrienne, son Jonathan and his partner Karen, and grandchildren Brynn, Everett, and Wesley Manzo. Also surviving are his three brothers, Mark and his wife Donna, Alex and partner Vickie, and Tony, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered fondly by extended family members and lifelong friends.

Visitation will take place at St Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA on Thursday, October 2, 2025, starting at 10 am. Mass to follow at 11 am. Inurnment will take place at St Mark Church Columbarium, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA.
