Charles R Holdsworth

Charles (Chalie) Holdsworth of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Thursday, July 21, 2022. He was 81. Chalie grew up in Philadelphia, at the age of 17 he enlisted in the Navy. After his military service he settled down with his wife and raised 3 children. He was a retired Diesel Mechanic for Giles and Ransome and then a bus driver for STA Bus Co. He loved boating, fishing, hunting, gardening, wood working and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Chalie is preceded in death by his mother Joan and his son Chalie. Chalie is survived by his wife of 61 years, Judy, his son Kurt, his daughter Judy, his granddaughter Shawna, and his grandson Brett. Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday, July 28, 2022, from 11 – 12 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will begin at 12 pm. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
