Carmen Michael "Bob" Manzo, age 83, of Levittown, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026. Born on September 19th, 1942, in Bristol, Bob was the son of the late Mary (nee. Niccols) and Anthony Manzo.
Bob grew up in Bristol where met the love of his life and best friend, Maria (nee. Alfani) at just 10 years old. They married in 1964 and spent 72 wonderful years together.
He attended Bristol High School and followed his late brother, Frank (Isabel), to the University of Notre Dame. He graduated in 1964 with a bachelor's degree. Bob and Maria spent their early years together living in Alaska while Bob served in the United States Army.
Upon returning to Bristol, Bob and Maria welcomed two daughters, Kristi (Terry Tsiouplis) and Lori (Brian Ferko). They moved to Levittown and his sister- and brother-in-law (and best friends) Denise (nee. Alfani) and Doug Laird, moved next door shortly after. Bob started Mill Race Realty - a career he was very passionate about and continued until his passing. Bob was also the proud grandfather of six grandchildren (who lovingly called him Boppie): Lexie (Jake), Elayna, Carolyn, Ava, Jack and Erika - all of whom will miss him dearly.
Bob was a veteran, entrepreneur, avid Notre Dame football fan, and above all, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren's sporting events, traveling to Notre Dame to catch a game with his college roommates, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and monthly luncheons with his Bristol Borough friends. He will be remembered for his dedication to those he loved, generous spirit and the lasting impact he made on the lives of all who knew him.
In addition to his parents and brother, Bob was preceded in death by his mother and father in-law, Connie (nee. Rubino) and Frank Alfani, and his sister- and brother-in-law, Lucy (nee. Alfani) and Frank Cornely.
Family and friends are invited to attend Bob's visitation on Friday morning, September 4, 2026, from 9-10:45am at St. Ann's Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol. A Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 11am. Interment will be private at Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
