Carmella M Lignore

Carmella M. Lignore of Langhorne, PA, passed away peacefully at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell Friday, April 12, 2024, with her family by her side. She was 80.

Carmella is preceded in death by her parents Irvin and Fannie Ashwell (Abate), her daughter Carmella Lignore, and her brother Irving Ashwell.

She will be missed by her husband James Lignore of 60 years, her son James (Bo) Lignore, Jr. (Lisa), brother John Ashwell (Janet), sister-in-law Cynthia Ashwell, granddaughter Nichole Heuston, and 5 great grandchildren.  She will also be missed by many other family members and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery under the direction of Galzerano Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
