Ayzia J Toledo passed away on July 5, 2026, at the age of 22. Born on August 25, 2003, Ayzia’s life, though brief, was meaningful and touched those who knew her.

Family, friends, and all whose lives Ayzia touched are invited to gather for visitation on July 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Met Philadelphia, located at 858 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19130. Funeral Services will follow. Interment will be held privately in Bristol Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Galzerano Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of her name to Ayzia J Toledo Go Fund Me to help the family off set funeral expenses.
